The Nereta is a small, calm river that flows through a pronounced valley and offers leisurely boating through untouched nature. Amazing water reflections, wildlife and close proximity to waterfowl can be experienced by any attentive nature observer. There are natural obstacles along the route, which make the trip interesting and suitable for nature and adventure lovers.

The railway bridge, the magic of small wooden bridges, the breath of antiquity at the ruins of the Līči mill. Crossing the Līči HPP, there is an opportunity to continue the journey to the confluence with the Daugava and go to Jēkabpils. This is a great way to combine two different rivers in one day's adventure, enjoying both the peace of the Nereta and the rapidity of the Daugava.
